For banks, finance and development partners

Structured finance for a bankable e-mobility programme.

Three distinct finance layers — customer asset finance, equipment-import finance, and compatible climate or development support — each with identified counterparties, milestones and controls.

Finance Layers

Three finance layers, one programme.

The Electric Tricycles (Electric Keke) programme is financed in layers, each with its own counterparties and controls.

Customer asset finance

Partner banks lend to eligible riders and charging-centre operators (A1 and A2 borrowers). The bank assesses, decides and owns the credit relationship.

Equipment-import finance

Structured finance bridging supplier payment, shipment, customs/clearing and accepted delivery. Separate from customer asset loans.

Climate & development support

Compatible support for equipment scale, affordability, auditable operations, battery stewardship and viable-site renewable charging.

The partner bank is the lender and credit decision-maker for customer asset finance. Glintedge Global Hub Enterprises coordinates the programme and acts as the equipment vendor and turnkey supplier.

Financeability

What makes the assets financeable

Identifiable equipment

Vehicles, batteries, cabinets and platform equipment are identified via serials and telemetry, so collateral is traceable.

Banked collections and repayment controls

Passenger fares are collected digitally and borrower-specific repayments are applied per the agreed schedule, with swap payment taken automatically from available funds.

Earning assets

The financed vehicles are working commercial assets with daily revenue, not speculative purchases.

Programme coordination

Glintedge Global Hub Enterprises coordinates sourcing, deployment, the operating platform and service so equipment performs as specified.

Evidence & Reporting

Auditable by design.

Every hub is instrumented from day one: digital fares, connected cabinets, charging-source energy and battery lifecycle data create a reviewable operational record. Impact is reported via approved, dated, aggregate snapshots with coverage, boundary and assurance status — never raw telemetry presented as verified impact.
