Sourcing & Logistics
Once a project is confirmed, we procure equipment and manage logistics to site — hardware procurement, import and customs clearance coordination, delivery scheduling and pre-delivery inspection.
Installation & Commissioning
We engage and coordinate certified EPC and electrical installation partners — civil and electrical installation oversight, commissioning and network configuration, testing and performance verification, and safety and compliance checks.
Handover & Ongoing Support

The Electric Tricycles programme meters charging energy at its hubs from day one. Solar at swap centres is assessed per site in Phase 2 using a documented technical and financial case — available panel space, shading, daytime load, economics and climate benefit. No promise of solar is made for any specific centre.
